Does this program include nutrition and workout plans?
Yes! You will receive customized nutrition and workout plans with weekly accountability check-ins.
There will be 1 check-in per week. Callie will also personally run the group coaching calls on Thursdays when there is an on-going challenge.
Does the program accommodate for dietary restrictions?
Yes, it absolutely does!
